FORMATION |
|
The so-called formation of base is one of the activities which
AMKA devotes from the greater time. Draft, in order to distinguish
it from the program of primary education,
dedicated to the children until the ten years, of an educational
activity turned to the population in a generalized manner and aimed
at the spread of slight knowledge and fundamental principles in
sanitary, alimentary and productive field.

The basic idea of the plan is the necessity to supply an adequate
education to everybody who, living in conditions of extreme difficulty,
has difficulty also in the management of

the simpler daily problems from the collection of waters for cooking
and personal care, to the choice of the agricultural products to
cultivate, to the possibility to improve the own daily diet.
AMKA organizes in the prechoices zones of participation course
of sanitary hygiene, of feeding, of agricultural production, of
domestic financial management and other small activities useful
to the local families in order to improve the daily familiar management.
In order to make this AMKA and its congolese partner AMKA
Katanga they have chosen to rely on local young operating people.
They are graduated boys at the advanced institutes of Lubumbashi
in matters relating on the social-economic development, people who
can join to the technical acquaintances acquired with the studies,
the fundamental acquaintance of the local population.
We choose to rely on to these boys because we think it's extremely
useful to offer to who has chosen the way of cooperation to development
the possibility to carry out this activity on field , to becoming
an important river basin for the activities of the great international
governative organizations and those that do not operate on field.
It's therefore a formation activity not little important than those
traditional ones, and it represents the natural consequence of the
efforts carried out in the years by AMKA in the field of education,
efforts aimed to promote the spread of the principles of the sostenible
local development.
