to the operating ones for AMKA Katanga

development project. For this reason, all the operators
are engaged to undertake in determined way the way of the process
of development of the disadvantaged populations |

itself to entertain sincere relations of collaboration with
the interested population |
| 3. AMKA Katanga Staff engages
itself to respect uses and customs of the populations. Every
undertaken development action, that could be suitable of violating
uses and customs, will have to be realized in concerted way
with the involved populations |
| 4. AMKA Katanga Staff engages
itself not to accept neither gifts nor any other type of services
from the interested population |
| 5. AMKA Katanga Staff engages
itself to not assume a disinterested or authoritarian behavior
towards the involved population. In any case, the sense of respect
for the human person will have always to prevail |
| 6. Through daily action on the
territory, AMKA Katanga Staff engages itself to fight inequalities
in all their shapes as well as injustice |
| 7. AMKA Katanga Staff engages
itself to cancel every action and gesture offensives for the
involved populations. For this, every action will be respectfull
of the human person and its clothes will be simple and sober |
