AMKA acts in tight collaboration with Caritas Congo-Katanga, local affiliation of Caritas Internationalis. The primary objective is to activate a process of development of the local social premises, being able to operate in full efficiency in the phase of analysis of the situation, of activities planning and implementation, of activities results monitoring , of education of local development operators.

Internally, parallely with the institutional activities carried out from the organism, it has been created a small team for the coordination of general activities and for the connection with the European referent. It is composed by:

Programs Coordinator	Bachelor in Sociology at the University of Lubumbashi	evelopment of the mining region of Shaba (PHMS), financed by the World Bank and the International Found for Agricultural Development, IFAD; - socio-agricoltural analyst in the Development and appraisal sector of the PHMS; - coordinator of the CERNADI-Kivu/ONGD programs during the massive exodus of rwandan refugees coming from the city of Goma.
Assistant	Advanced licence in Secretariat of Direction	- program assistant to follow the implementation of the plans of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees UNHCR in collaboration with institutional partners; - charged with the control of financial relationships with operative partners.

The structure offers an organizational logistic support, an operating support in the relationships with local authorities and population and guarantees the coordination with other initiatives developed on the territory by other operators on the field.
